From the Emergency Management Team of Blackwell.......
Prior to and during severe weather in the Blackwell area the general public will usually be informed of the opening of school storm shelters thru the Cable TV systems or by calling the Blackwell Emergency Operations Center at 363-7225. Citizens are also encouraged to purchase a NOAA weather radio or tune to local radio or TV if severe weather approaches the Blackwell area. |
