A High Risk:

     Almost always means a major severe weather outbreak is expected, with great coverage of
severe weather and enhanced likelihood of extreme severe weather, (meaning tornadoes or
extreme wind events over a large area). 

• A high probability of at least 20 tornadoes with at least 2 of them rated F3 or higher. 
• At least 50 reports of wind gusts of 50 mph or more.
• Numerous reports of winds gusts of 80 per-hour or higher and reports of structural damage .
